I'm very happy with Consetto as my workplace. It gave me the chance to demonstrate my abilities and to learn new things.
Work-Life-Balance
Consetto is very flexible regarding the work hours, which makes it attractive, specially, to students.
Gehalt/Benefits
Very well payed. I'm quite pleased in this regard.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It's a young, dynamic and international group with a chilled out vibe. I like the fact that I can count on my colleagues to get help if I need it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The company is very open to discuss any issues at any time in a honest way, which shows the healthy relationship between employer and employee.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very relaxed, the office is very well illuminated and the work equipment is in perfect conditions. There's also fruits and coffee for free to stay healthy and motivated :)
Kommunikation
When working on a project, there are meetings to reflect on what has been done so far and on how to proceed. I like this particularly, because there's a sense of support and leadership.
Interessante Aufgaben
Since Consetto manages several projects at the time, I always have interesting tasks to work on. I specially like that the company offers the possibility for me to do research and keep learning during my working hours.
