If you want to identify yourself with your company, your employer should try to support that. Consline is a growing firm with excellent boundary conditions for students (working times, wage etc.). Improvement suggestions should be taken more serious from the Bosses, so the students are able to self-optimize their daily work so that there is no place for monotony which -admittedly- slowly creeps in.
Work-Life-Balance
Appropriate wage in combination with flexible working times. After a while the workers are able to work at home. All in all a clear Pro!

Nice atmoshpere with young professionals (supervisors). Courteously, friendly and motivating!

The fact, that the management is seperated spartially from the student workers led to a strange relationship between the ones who fight in the first row (students) and the ones who delegate (bosses)
