If you want to identify yourself with your company, your employer should try to support that. Consline is a growing firm with excellent boundary conditions for students (working times, wage etc.). Improvement suggestions should be taken more serious from the Bosses, so the students are able to self-optimize their daily work so that there is no place for monotony which -admittedly- slowly creeps in.
Appropriate wage in combination with flexible working times. After a while the workers are able to work at home. All in all a clear Pro!
Nice atmoshpere with young professionals (supervisors). Courteously, friendly and motivating!
The fact, that the management is seperated spartially from the student workers led to a strange relationship between the ones who fight in the first row (students) and the ones who delegate (bosses)

Every morning you get clear instructions what to do. The supervisors took care of every single worker.
Mostly repetitive worktasts with some variety. When working for foreign projects you can really develop your intercultural and language skills!

Mehr Präsenz durch Führungskräfte, Gespräche zu Mitarbeitern regelmäßig suchen. Interesse am Wohlbefinden des Kollegiums zeigen. Die Firma ist ja kleiner, daher können auch ohne Probleme hin und wieder allgemeine Meetings gehalten werden und somit ein höheres Gefühl der Inklusion und Partizipation geschaffen werden.
Zusammenhalt sehr gut, leider aber auch durch mangelhaftes Verhalten der Vorgesetzten induziert.
Führungskräfte können in ihrer Kommunikation gerne kritisch sein, sollten aber stets objektiv bleiben und nicht persönlich werden. Das ist hier nicht der Fall.

Many bad points:
rude treatment (from managers as well)
inappropriate behaviour from some staff members
annoying changes, apparently wrong decisions and lack of organization
The managers seem to have no idea on what is really going on inside the company
No wonder that some people are getting demotivated; i don't personally recommend this company
The team leader Khalishkhova deals with her team members in very amazing way. Couldn't be better. Doing that, she encourages team members to work more efficiently. She is not stubborn (as most of the team leaders nowadays) and listens to members's ideas and even agrees on them.
And the accounter Tatiana is very kind, mudest, caring and helpful.
Gathering with the colleagues at lunch time is splendid.
All the workers there are respectful.
In general, the working environment is perfect.

eigentlich hat alles gepasst, ideal für Werkstudenten, man hat die volle Flexibilität und kriegt auch viel mit
