Sehr viel Verständnis für kleine Fehler und vollstes Verständnis wenn das Studium manchmal wichtiger sein kann.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man als Werkstudent ein bisschen mehr hinter den Vorhang blicken kann, wenn z.B. Verträge von Kunden nicht verlängert werden, was direktes Feedback von Kunden ist. Sonst alles Top.

The workforce is very diverse with representation from almost 6 continents which makes it very interesting. We always learn new things from each other which foster our relationship and equally help us to accomplish our tasks

The supervisors are cool and calm. They never lose sight of their goals. They meticulously lay out instructions and give you chance to ask questions.

Every projects are interesting because it affords you the opportunity to learn new things. Projects are fairly distributed and there is also opportunity to make your case with the supervisors if you want a particular task
Bad work environment with no good leaders. Not to recommended to anyone.

Distanzierte Führungskräfte, kaum Bereitschaft ein gutes Betriebsklima zu fördern
Mehr Präsenz durch Führungskräfte, Gespräche zu Mitarbeitern regelmäßig suchen. Interesse am Wohlbefinden des Kollegiums zeigen. Die Firma ist ja kleiner, daher können auch ohne Probleme hin und wieder allgemeine Meetings gehalten werden und somit ein höheres Gefühl der Inklusion und Partizipation geschaffen werden.
Zusammenhalt sehr gut, leider aber auch durch mangelhaftes Verhalten der Vorgesetzten induziert.
Führungskräfte können in ihrer Kommunikation gerne kritisch sein, sollten aber stets objektiv bleiben und nicht persönlich werden. Das ist hier nicht der Fall.

Many bad points:
rude treatment (from managers as well)
inappropriate behaviour from some staff members
annoying changes, apparently wrong decisions and lack of organization
The managers seem to have no idea on what is really going on inside the company
No wonder that some people are getting demotivated; i don't personally recommend this company
