Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man als Werkstudent ein bisschen mehr hinter den Vorhang blicken kann, wenn z.B. Verträge von Kunden nicht verlängert werden, was direktes Feedback von Kunden ist. Sonst alles Top.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Da ich die Kolleginnen und Kollegen der letzten drei Jahre nie persönlich treffen konnte, ist es mir schwierig, über den Zusammenhalt im Unternehmen aus eigener Erfahrung zu berichten. Betriebsfeiern oder ähnliche Gelegenheiten, bei denen die Mitarbeitenden sich persönlich kennenlernen könnten, fanden in dieser Zeit nicht statt. Dennoch pflegen meine Vorgesetzten und der CEO ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu mir, und ich habe mich stets als Teil der Consline AG gefühlt – auch ohne das persönliche Kennenlernen meiner Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt mit meinen Vorgesetzten. Kritik oder Verbesserungsbedarf wird konstruktiv gegeben und insgesamt kann ich mich immer und jederzeit an meine Vorgesetzten wenden.

Kommunikation

Man kommuniziert per WhatsApp Gruppenchat, Privatchat, Zoom oder Teams. Ich habe die Gespräche immer auf Augenhöhe empfunden.

Gehalt/Benefits

Aufgrund unternehmensinterner Regularien werden keine zusätzlichen Benefits gezahlt; stattdessen erfolgt eine vollständige Abrechnung über das Gehalt. Ich finde diese Regelung sehr nachvollziehbar, und das Einkommen ermöglicht mir einen guten Lebensstandard als Student.

Interessante Aufgaben

Projekte mit sehr bekannten Unternehmen: Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz uvm.

As a working student, there are sometimes some troubles caused by exams schedules. But Consline considers students' exam schedules, and working time is quite flexible. That's why my study is not bothered at all.

Free with responsibility. You can work flexibly, as long as you finish your weekly work. This is not a point to explain. It's a job, so there should be responsibility. But the main point is, I can work flexibly.

If someone is interested in resource searching and translating, then it would be a nice option for his/her career. Because of this work, my resource searching ability has grown really a lot. And my English is getting better and better.

We have group chat with team members. And all the members welcome really nicely, when a new member joins our team.

They are all really kind. I've never felt any negative feeling from them. They understand well my situation also. They've never forced me to do something undue.

As a new worker, there is always some newness. But there are lots of documents which help us to get used to it. I worked few days with those documents, and then I could get used to working really easily.

If there is any problem or trouble, you can communicate really easily with team members. All members are really nice and kind. I feel really free to ask something or explain my situation.

Gehalt/Benefits

It's hard to say how much I got paid here, but it is quite nice amount of money for a student.

Interessante Aufgaben

I'm interested in automobile industry. In my case, working in Consline as a working student is one of the best option. There are lots of things which I can learn from working, but it's hard to write here all. One of them is, by working, I can find out what's the main issue in electric vehicle industry.

Viele kleine Räume, mit Tischen voll gestopft, damit möglichst viele Studenten auf engen Raum zusammen sind.

Meetings wurden erst spät eingeführt, davor hatte man vielleicht eine gute Einarbeitung durch andere Werkstudenten, sonst war man sich selbst überlassen.

Gleichberechtigung

Es gab genauso viele weibliche wie männliche Vorgesetzte.

Every projects are interesting because it affords you the opportunity to learn new things. Projects are fairly distributed and there is also opportunity to make your case with the supervisors if you want a particular task

If you want to identify yourself with your company, your employer should try to support that. Consline is a growing firm with excellent boundary conditions for students (working times, wage etc.). Improvement suggestions should be taken more serious from the Bosses, so the students are able to self-optimize their daily work so that there is no place for monotony which -admittedly- slowly creeps in.

The fact, that the management is seperated spartially from the student workers led to a strange relationship between the ones who fight in the first row (students) and the ones who delegate (bosses)
