Erstens wurde mir eine andere Stelle angeboten, die meiner Erfahrung besser entsprach. Ich schätzte die Flexibilität und die Einstellung nach Potenzial. Trotz einiger Probleme, was natürlich ist, lief die Arbeit gut. Das Management nahm die Menschen ernst und war transparent (mit einigen Ausnahmen).
Fälle von Ungleichbehandlung von Führungskräften und einzelnen Arbeitnehmern.

I would love to see more gender diversity in the tech industry (in general).

Healthy education budget is awarded to each full-time employee each year for development and training. Staff are supported internally too, of course.

Brilliant access to company sensitive data, even as an intern. A very trusting environment.
HR is encouraging an inclusive environment, but there are typically more men in this industry. Would love to see that even out.
