People get contacted through Linkedin by a recruiter and then get through a lot of phone and video interviews. Then, after sending a positive feedback, the recruiter disappears for weeks and you must contact them if you want to find out their final decision. The recruiting process is super long and I do not understand why the company proactively contacts people (who did not even apply for the job) and then disappears and just makes people lose time. I think this company should show some more respect for people who are looking for a job.
