I really like the freedom the company provides in terms of work-life balance and workload. The work here is autonomous - nobody pushes tasks or any other responsibilities on you if you don't want them. Fairness is also a big advantage, because when you take on more responsibility, it is noticed, rewarded, and respected.
I would suggest a couple of things:
Add one day each month where everyone can breathe a sigh of relief—perhaps to finish or improve something they usually don’t have time for, or simply to relax, maybe by spending time with the team in a more relaxed atmosphere and discussing topics that aren’t yet fully worked out.
Praise employees a bit more for the work they do, even if it wasn’t as good as it should have been, as it helps reduce stress.
Provide explicit motivation for self-development by introducing salary increases based on passing courses and receiving certificates.
Everything is very good in terms of trust and fairness. The work atmosphere is comfortable, stable, and there is more or less fair criticism.
The company is very focused on quality, and not only employees feel it, but clients even more. So, I can say that the image definitely matches the reality.
There is good flexibility for work–life balance. I can always take sick leave if I don’t feel well or plan a vacation. I have never been disturbed during my rest time unless I want to be.
The company doesn’t require you to take any courses. If I want, I can do it on my own, but there aren’t many events the company provides for self-development. The most realistic way to grow is to take on new tasks and learn how to solve them by yourself or with the team’s help.
I always receive a salary that is slightly above the market average, but it depends on the level of responsibility and the amount of work you are doing. We sometimes have company events, but I wish we had more of them. I can also have language courses paid for if I want.
Actually, the team is very respectful, and all work and communication within the company are quite formal.
It doesn’t matter how old I am as long as I can do my job well. Responsibility and clear communication matter, not age.
I haven’t had many conflict situations. I am always involved in decision-making; I would even say that the superior can only suggest a direction, while the actual decision should be made by the team.
I have a 100% remote job, and the company always provides new hardware when needed. If I need a laptop, headphones, or anything else to work comfortably, I can easily request it.
The company puts a lot of effort into clear and simple communication, and it's something everyone can feel from the very start of working here.
I’m sure that everyone is absolutely equal, and gender or age doesn’t matter at all.
I have a huge variety of tasks that can be challenging and interesting. If I look for them, I'll find plenty of learning opportunities.
The variety in my work, the trust that comes with working from home, and a team that genuinely supports each other. I'm well equipped, my tasks stay interesting, and development is actively encouraged.
Mistakes are treated as something to learn from, not something to punish. That takes a lot of pressure out of daily work
I'd recommend this employer to friends without hesitation.
Vacation can be taken whenever I need it, hours are within a normal range, and there's no peer pressure to work longer than necessary.
Development is actively encouraged, there are clear opportunities to grow here.
The salary is fair for the responsibility involved, payment has never once been late, and the extras on top are genuinely useful.
Remote work, processes are fully digital and paperless.
Cooperation is genuinely good and colleagues are honest and direct with each other
Age plays no role in hiring here
Conflicts get addressed directly. Targets are fair and workable.
The equipment provided is up to date and more than adequate for my tasks — no waiting on slow hardware.
Even working remotely, I'm kept fully in the loop through regular team calls and clear written updates
I've never seen anyone treated differently because of gender. Roles and responsibilities are assigned based on ability.
I can shape my own responsibilities and bring in my own ideas rather than just executing instructions. The workload feels balanced and reasonable.
The variety in my work, the trust that comes with working from home, and a team that genuinely supports each other. I'm well equipped, my tasks stay interesting, and development is actively encouraged
The team atmosphere is genuinely supportive, and I enjoy working with my colleagues
I'd recommend this employer to friends without hesitation
Balance is good overall. Overtime happens, but it stays the exception rather than the rule
There are clear opportunities to grow here, and the company invests in them
Salary is paid reliably and on time, and bonuses reflect actual performance
Team spirit is good — people help each other and the mood is positive
I can raise problems openly and they're taken seriously
Working from home suits me well and the company supports it properly
Team meetings are well structured, and I always know what's expected of me afterward
The tasks are demanding in a good way; I keep learning something new
