Working with people from all over the world was a great opportunity for me. Indeed you feel directly integrated. Even if the way of working is not the same for everyone, it is actually challenging to work in this atmosphere.

Even during the hard time the atmosphere stayed always friendly. There are a lot of different nationalities in the company so nobody is excluded and it is very easy to integrate yourself.

We had some follow-up every weeks about the our goals and the company's goals. It was really important in order to follow my work during the week and what should I do to be better.

The atmosphere is very friendly and serious in the same time. Indeed you can easily talk with your colleagues and there are also a lot of event in order to build the teams.

You can always talk with your superior about any issues you have and they were always ready to help me.
The goals were realistic and also motivating. If I had issues to achieve the goals, I could easily talk to it and I wasn't stressed by that.
