My manager is super sympathetic and made sure I understood the company's processes by explaining them bit by bit every day. Additionally, she introduced me to fellow colleagues and provided valuable insights into ongoing projects. Her availability for any questions or concerns was remarkable, which made me feel supported and encouraged to ask whenever needed.
The office environment itself is beautiful and conducive to productivity. I particularly enjoyed getting to know my colleagues over shared lunches.
