Really great, this is what makes work fun these days! But please also visit the coffee breaks for some time. I miss some colleagues

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

We don't have any old colleagues, most of us are between 26-31 years old. However, we would still treat them with great respect.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Respectful and trustworthy, makes an effort to understand us. He hasn't always had a good time but he is absolutely open to new suggestions. Sometimes I feel like he has trouble making decisions.

Kommunikation

Start-up flair and still some room to grow on top, but you can tell that the employees are being heard. Thank you for taking feedback.

Gleichberechtigung

Everyone gets what they deserve. If motivated colleagues do a lot for the company, they will also advance faster. Appreciation is definitely there!

Interessante Aufgaben

It always depends on the project. Some are cooler than others. But since the projects don't last for years, it's manageable.

Kommunikation läuft direkt, klar und freundlich. Teilweise könnten Informationen aber noch sichtbarer platziert werden.
