Verbesserungsvorschläge

I think a good way to improve the communication is that every question is allowed to the upper level and openly communicated.
It was started recently something like a town hall meeting, but should not be the end. I appreciated, that the company started the possibility to question C-levels in a special 1-1 meeting.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

I think, the atmosphere changed a lot from the legacy times.
When I started, it was great and after the merger everything changed. I felt a little bit lost and got no real appreciation from my new manager.

Kommunikation

Communication was there and it got better, but there was much miscommunication or no communications periods from the management in my opinion.
Additionally I think, many things got filtered in the communication to the upper management.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The colleagues were great and the communication to these were very helpful and honest. I loved the chats at the floor.

Work-Life-Balance

The work life balance was not the best. Quitting colleagues and the layoffs did not help to reduce the workload to some individuals. More work for less people and the workload was high too, where the employee count was still high.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

In my opinion, the micromanagement from the bosses is to much. There was no trust from my boss, that I can fulfil the requirements.

Changing reqs did not help in fulfilling your projects.

There was only little appreciation coming from our boss for our work.

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks and everything related to this is great. But as I mentioned, it is not helping, when the reqs are changing while the project is running.

I cannot comment that.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

There are not so many old colleagues, but afaik they are treated well. At least, I do not know something different.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Nice office and everything is up to date. I assume, that colleagues, which are working at the big floors, have more problems, but this can be helped with remote office work and headphones.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

I think, it is there. There are some benefits, you can get with some perks, which are helping a little bit with transportation costs or more, but it can be done more without the perk system at all.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I would say, it is way off the usual market value.
There are some social benefits, but you will get them only, if you are using some perks.

The wage will be paid on time and way too low related to your workload.

Many colleagues are not happy at the moment and they are telling that to the colleagues and maybe some of them to their manager too.

Core Values of transparency and honesty were not be followed even from the manager. I think many things are not communicated to the C-levels about the pain, which some of the colleagues are experiencing.

I hope, it will get better some time.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Additional education is possible, but i think, you will not make a huge career here. Raises and promotions are given rarely.
