Colleagues are very friendly with each other, and there are sometimes team lunches at nice restaurants. Everybody would also bring snacks to the office to share.

What I like the most is that the supervisors give a lot of freedom to how people can execute their tasks. The goals are always set, but how they can achieved depends a lot on what the individual can contribute and there's a lot of room for learning.

There's enough public space and private space for discussion, and since the team is not too big it's easy to talk to everyone.
