It's a very open team, and the upper management really pays attention to each employees' needs and capabilities. They encourage growth and freedom in finding the best solution to tasks, rather than telling employees what to do.

Colleagues are very friendly with each other, and there are sometimes team lunches at nice restaurants. Everybody would also bring snacks to the office to share.

Perfect - starting hours are flexible and it's easy to negotiate vacation days.

What I like the most is that the supervisors give a lot of freedom to how people can execute their tasks. The goals are always set, but how they can achieved depends a lot on what the individual can contribute and there's a lot of room for learning.
