Nice and competent management team. Talented and motivated employees. Great office, work environment, and team atmosphere. Good projects and interesting tasks.
Perhaps a certain lack of transparency or clarity in general: company structure and finance, business plans, salary expectations, career perspectives, etc.
Although generally great, management could perhaps be more supportive toward employees and welcome ideas even more. It would be nice to have clearer career paths to be aware of expectations to get to the next level. It would also be great to have more learning opportunities or if they exist, to have them offered more transparently (learning from more experienced employees, offering trainings, working with new tools, etc.)
The work environment at Delightex is everything I could hope for. It's fun, exciting and casual but also very professional.
The image of the company fits how it is being an insider. The Delightex employees seem to like the company they work for and value its products.
The work-life balance at Delightex is ideal. Office hours can be discussed to suit your lifestyle and there is a positive attitude towards having other activities apart from work. As an example, the team goes running together.
Career developments could be clearer, but I think that this is normal for a startup.
No compliments but no complaints! Salaries are acceptable and always paid on time. I'm not aware promotions and salary increases.
As far as I know, the office is rather eco-friendly. We don't use disposable cups, etc. and we recycle.
Delightex employees all get along well and share ideas, jokes, laughs. We also have awesome team events to help bring us closer.
Perhaps because this is a startup, there are mostly young employees, which I think also contributes to the very dynamic atmosphere at Delightex.
I have seen only a few promotions during my time there (approx. 1 year), but I think that this is a bit too short to judge this.
As Delightex is a startup, management is pretty close to the team. There is the right balance between keeping the "flat hierarchy" style and taking on a more managerial role when needed, for example when establishing or clarifying processes is needed.
The office is not big but just fine and everybody seems happy with their workspace and with the working conditions.
The communication between the team members and the exchange between the departments is generally very good. There is a real focus on making sure that the information gets across.
As far as I know, Delightex is an equal employer and there are almost as many women as men. The team is also very international and diverse, with different backgrounds, languages, personality types and of course, skillsets.
Tasks are very diverse and interesting. Employees are also able to express their interests to their managers and progressively get the responsibilities and tasks that best fit them.
