Honestly, get rid of the recruitment personnel and let the actual to be colleagues take care of the recruitment.
The process felt discriminatory with the sole purpose of recruitment of qualified individuals for as cheap as possible.

- Only wanted to know what experience I had in the aviation industry with a clear intention of making hurdles for lateral entrants.
- Salary expectation?
- After mentioning a below average salary expectation in accordance with my engineering qualification and experience (over 6 years of professional work experience), however taking into account the extra investment that I would need to familiarize with aviation industry specific regulations, the recruiter mentioned that with NO Experience (which is just not true) I should not expect more than 40000 Euros per annum, maximum.
- Can I speak German (The job advert had absolutely no mention of German being a requirement)?
- Yes, I can speak relatively fluent German, but not native level. I was forced to give the telephone interview in German, although the job advert that I applied for, had absolutely no mention of the German language as a requirement. In fact, during the first conversation that I had with the person , who could have been my manager, it was made clear to me that the office working language is not German, but it's a good to have. What exactly was the intention behind my interview being conducted in German?
