Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and balanced review. We appreciate the honest feedback and the fact that you also highlighted positive aspects such as creativity, flexibility, and compensation.

Over the past years, deveritec has grown significantly and expanded both its portfolio and areas of responsibility. With these changes, frameworks, expectations, and ways of working have naturally evolved as well. We understand that these developments can be perceived differently depending on personal expectations, role, and preferred way of working. At the same time, we are aware that some processes and communication structures still need to be sharpened and improved as we continue to grow.

Your feedback regarding communication, transparency of expectations, and long-term perspectives is something we take seriously. Especially in fast-moving environments, it is important that employees understand not only current priorities, but also where the company and their individual role are heading. This is an area we are actively working on improving through clearer responsibilities, more structured feedback discussions, and better alignment between teams and leadership.

We are particularly sorry to see that the topic of career perspectives was perceived negatively. With our 6-level career model and 3 different development paths, we aim to provide long-term growth opportunities and perspectives for different strengths and career goals. At the same time, your feedback shows us that we may need to communicate these opportunities more clearly and address individual development possibilities more personally and proactively.

We also appreciate your point about distinguishing between personal opinions and actual organizational problems. Constructive feedback and open discussion are very important to us, and we know that listening alone is not enough - communication also requires transparency around decisions and reasoning.

Some of the feedback points raised are unfortunately difficult for us to fully understand or act upon without more concrete examples or situations. We would therefore encourage you to reach out to HR, a trusted person of your choice, or alternatively use our anonymous compliance tool if you would like to share additional context. Constructive and specific feedback helps us identify where we truly need to improve.

At the same time, we are glad that you experienced flexibility, interesting opportunities, strong social awareness, and supportive colleagues and leaders within the company.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We truly appreciate your insights and regret to hear that your experience at deveritec did not meet your expectations.

We're glad to hear that you found the tasks and topics generally interesting and recognized our efforts to inform the team about ongoing projects. We’re also pleased that you considered the work-life balance to be quite okay.

That said, your critical feedback—especially regarding leadership behavior, communication, and the working environment—gives us important food for thought. We take these concerns very seriously.

Your comments about your supervisor are particularly concerning. At deveritec, we are committed to creating a respectful and collaborative work environment. We regularly train our managers to support their teams in the best possible way. We’re truly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience in this area. In such cases, we encourage employees to reach out—whether to a trusted colleague, HR, or via our anonymous compliance tool—so we can take appropriate action. Unfortunately, without such information during your time with us, we were not in a position to intervene.

We were also surprised to read about your impression of a toxic atmosphere. In our regular feedback sessions, probation reviews, and annual development meetings, our working culture and team spirit are typically highlighted as very positive. Nevertheless, we understand that individual experiences can differ, and we are taking your feedback seriously to re-evaluate how we can support even stronger team cohesion.

Regarding the office environment and acoustics: your input confirms feedback we've heard from others, and we are currently evaluating ways to improve the situation—both through technical solutions and by reconsidering our spatial concept. We agree that focused work requires appropriate conditions.

On the topic of equality and terminations: please understand that for data protection and privacy reasons, we cannot and will not comment on individual personnel decisions. These are always handled with great care to protect the personal rights of the persons concerned. However, I can assure you that we do not make such decisions lightly and weigh up the reasons carefully.

Vielen Dank für deine positive Bewertung. Wir geben uns größte Mühe, unseren Studierenden die notwendige Flexibilität zur Vereinbarkeit von Uni, Beruf und Privatleben zu bieten.

Besonders freut es uns, dass du das kollegiale Miteinander und die Einbindung in spannende Entwicklungsprojekte positiv hervorhebst – genau das ist uns wichtig, um ein wertschätzendes und lernförderndes Umfeld zu schaffen.

Deine Anregungen zur Kommunikation seitens der Geschäftsführung sowie zum Thema Weiterbildung nehmen wir sehr ernst. Beides sind Punkte, an denen wir aktiv arbeiten. Auch die interne Kommunikation möchten wir durch regelmäßige Formate und direktere Austauschmöglichkeiten verbessern.
