Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very layed out and relaxed atmosphere. I love my working environment and would not chance it for anything.
Kommunikation
Managers are always available whenever you have questions and is a very friendly environment. There are different groups for different topics and that is very helpful as the messages are very clear. I also love the transparent way you could find real time information within any department or client profile. All information are updated in real time for both clients and internal department (very helpful to track everything)
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I enjoy very much the team and I feel them more like friends. Helping each other with information and exchange or experience is great! There is a very international environment even though German is a main language I did not had any problems in communicating with the colleges and being part of the team.

As a working mother of 2 I find the company very flexible and respecting all aspects of the work-life balance

I find that everyone is treated with respect and equal in all departments no matter if you are manager or consultant or even an intern
Interessante Aufgaben
The fact that all the project are shared within all teams and each person can choose their preferred project that shows the high level of flexibility of the company and also helps you develop in the area you would like and work on the project that you find most interesting.

As mentioned before everyone have the same chances regarding sex, age, nationality or sexual orientation.

There is no difference between older colleagues and new ones. They are always welcoming and helping you with any concerns you might have.

We have a hybrid model that gives you the flexibility that you need. I love going occasionally at the office for the beautiful atmosphere and the personal share of working experiences, change of ideas etc.

That is entirely up to you how good you are in organizing your work and having your projects delivered. There are different team, personal and company bonuses that stimulates everyone to give their best and not feel unappreciated.

I am not aware at this moment if there is any continuous professional formation. I would love to make some courses.
