Short dismissal notice, no clear direction. No integration of new joiners, no on-boarding process in the beginning but rather direct pressure and making responsible on topics that don’t depend on them. Feeling of micromanagement, asking for every single detail on comments/tickets/updates. Leads to burnout and missing of the real scope and job focus.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Offer more trainings to leadership, better communication style, more focused on the work, results and excellence and not on unknown factors. More HR support within the team and less feedback around the corners but rather transparent. (DPnA)
