door2door is the first company, where "new work" is really understood. We work as a company of so many different people, from different ages, countries and cultures - very precious mix of very nice people :)

Unfortunately this is something, we should push forward. Actually we have not so many women* in leadership, the language is not gender-sensible and our approach to "manage beyond gender" is at the beginning. But I am optimistic, that our people team is already making plans on it :)
Arbeitsbedingungen
At the moment we our allowed to work from home or come to the office if we feel like we need some company. I really appreciate the good concept during the pandemic.
