When you are hired they will ask you are you willing to work for lowest salary in Germany, when you say yes.... you are hired. Qualifications are really on important for many tasks in the company becasue they have their own way how to do everything what they are doing.

Leadership of the company is based on a lie. And they expect from every employee to lie to the customer

Management goes around new employee and asks for good review it is funny how this company works, and it is really disaster how it handle employees. Every 6 months 4-6 people quit.... and if you asks for something what was promised to you, you will be fired...
International team is there only becasue Management looks for cheap labor.... not becasue they care who is from where... to them is only important to have more money for themselves. I seen many good people who where there and left because there where mistreated...
