If need be, call your friends/family/spouse over for a coffee session in office (Dont forget to complete your tasks of the day in all the fun ;))

Not sure how to answer this one. Never seen a conflict here. Mostly everything is done by common consent.

Our oldest colleague is around 50, I guess. Its about how people fit in. Experience is definitely respected but not valued significantly more.

Oh, Among the best workspaces I have had. Fairly modern office, best hardware, smart brains to pick and a Piano to bug everyone's ears.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Not sure about this one because of less data again. Work related training, attending conferences/talks is part of benefits. You can demand as well as provide in-house tech talks about topics of interests. You get 1 or 2 days every 15 days to do your own projects. There is not much interest generally in talking about career growth and such but i am guessing that you can easily start an open-minded discussion with your managers.
