The atmosphere is great. Everyone is very positive and motivated.

Work-Life-Balance

Depends a lot on yourself and how much you're willing to invest. Generally, as you'd expect in a start-up, you might work a bit more. But there is also no pressure to do so.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Everyone is very nice and open. New colleagues are easily integrated. There are lots of team events where you can get in touch with everyone.

There are many initiatives of different employees, who offer classes or workshops on work or not-work related stuff they know about.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Very fair. You are given lots of responsibility if you want it. You agree on goals and get feedback regularly.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Everything you need is provided. If you're missing something and ask about it (and it's not completely unreasonable), there is no long discussion.

Kommunikation

Communication is very open. Founders communicate to the whole team on company goals, numbers, announcements. Communication between different teams could still be a bit improved.

Interessante Aufgaben

The product itself is very interesting. You can learn a lot about AI and customer service. You get lots of responsibility. If you want to improve or understand more about a certain field, you are supported and can therefore shape your tasks a bit yourself.

Even small achievements are celebrated by whole team. (team uses a gong to signal celebration)
Processes are truly open and driven by consent which makes them fair and inclusive.

Not seen anyone not liking the company, the people, the product. Critques are also welcomed.

If need be, call your friends/family/spouse over for a coffee session in office (Dont forget to complete your tasks of the day in all the fun ;))

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Not sure about this one because of less data again. Work related training, attending conferences/talks is part of benefits. You can demand as well as provide in-house tech talks about topics of interests. You get 1 or 2 days every 15 days to do your own projects. There is not much interest generally in talking about career growth and such but i am guessing that you can easily start an open-minded discussion with your managers.

No colleagues, Friends. Pranking, Playing, Discussions, Impromptu outings, Support are the norm.

Our oldest colleague is around 50, I guess. Its about how people fit in. Experience is definitely respected but not valued significantly more.

Not sure how to answer this one. Never seen a conflict here. Mostly everything is done by common consent.

Oh, Among the best workspaces I have had. Fairly modern office, best hardware, smart brains to pick and a Piano to bug everyone's ears.

Communication is dense. You can demand disclosures wrt. any relevant issue. You can demand private/public Knowledge Transfer sessions from anyone about anything work related.

Not enough Knowledge/Data about this one but i am guessing its top notch considering other social aspects at work

Interessante Aufgaben

Own your business. Organize your work as you please. Product caters to a fairly new market - AI for customer service, so lots of novelty in work.
