Get structures. Processes can be annoying, but there is little to no clear structure for anything.

There were a lot promises for schoolings, they never happened, and I heard the same from other colleagues.

Communication is terrible. It is hard to follow up. Everything is done via mail where there should be central tools for process tracking, etc.

Interessante Aufgaben
IT is in a very bad state, the IT service provider is the WORST I've worked together with in my career. No real wonder, because every Recruiting Company I talked to removed said provider from their customers because the candidates would never come back after they got them a job there.
