Der Geschäftsführer macht einen super Job. Er ist so um seine Mitarbeiter bemüht, das trifft man selten.

Man ist um jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter bemüht, es bleibt nicht immer alles formal und glatt und professionell. Es wird der Mensch gesehen, das ist ganz klasse

Man ist immer offen für Gespräche und sucht Kompromisse, um beide Parteien zufriden zu stellen.

schwierig zu beurteilen, da man in der Zeitarbeit ja nicht so viel mit den Kollegen zu tun hat wie in einem "normalen" Job
