Working atmosphere is perfect. Big, bright office, where everyone are situated in the same space, which creates the safe space, as you can approach anyone during the day directly, including the Top Management. It truly creates the atmosphere, where everyone are relaxed and motivated at the same time.
In my opinion work-life balance was also good, as an employee I was able to manage my working time by myself.
