Work-Life-Balance
Work Life Balance can be great. Work times are very flexible and can be shifted around, vacation can be taken at any time.
Taking a spontaneous leave due to Corona Case in the Kita is also something that frequently happens.
Too sum up, very flexible and understanding in case of urgent/spontaneous issues.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Communication is very direct, honest and open. I enjoy working together with the team. (This is the biggest reason why I work here)
When it comes to dealing with "mistakes/issues" communication is very open and non hostile.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The company provides the tools that are needed. I was never denied something i needed or wanted to improve my work.
Kommunikation
Communication between colleagues is great. There are regular meetings to plan the work, but also very frequent (but optional) hangouts where people speak and work together.
"Progress/Current State" of the company gets shared about once a month in an "All hands" meetings.
