Times are tough but we get a lot of support
We are really valued, it's not just lip service. They are great to their staff.

I haven't been here that long, but I have been able to note a significant difference to other language schools from the beginning.
For one thing, the staff in the office are friendly and helpful. They are also extremely competent. And payment is fast, much faster than at other language schools.
But, a significant difference to other language schools is the fact that there is actual support from the Director of Studies. Questions are answered. Background information to clients and students is provided. Needs analyses are actually done and forwarded to the trainer. Materials are provided when needed and they are fantastic.
I am so totally impressed. I have never worked for a school like this.

That I am part of the team, even though I'm a freelance trainer. I've never worked for a language school up till now where that has been the case. I'm treated fairly, with courtesy, paid well and all of that in an extremely professional atmosphere.
The expectations are high, but that motivates me. I am encouraged to be my very best and to fulfill my potential. And the support for that is there.
