Nice and modern office with everything you could ask for.

A start-up pace, but very receptive and respectful to the needs of each staff member.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Feels like there will be lots of options to develop alongside the company.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone working hard toward a shared goal. Lots of autonomy, but also a keenness to support across departments.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Founder led with an open structure and lots of trust.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Good hardware and exceptionally well resourcd for a startup
Kommunikation
Transparency across company with frequent catch ups
Gehalt/Benefits
Great for a startup
Gleichberechtigung
Very culturally diverse team with no discrimination based on heritage or gender that I have seen
Interessante Aufgaben
Such a well-considered and literally disruptive product. Working to define the new product category and differentiate from existing options is always exciting.
