Kann ich schlecht sagen, da unser Team Kunden-Feedback nicht wirklich erreicht, oder zumindest nicht ungefiltert

Work-Life-Balance

Überstunden wurden bisher noch nicht verlangt, auch nicht in schwierigen Zeiten. Aber es gibt wie fast überall eine Kernarbeitszeit, allein schon wegen Meetings

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Eigentlich keine Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten, da Führungspositionen auf allen Ebenen besetzt sind und an dieser Stelle scheinbar niemand die Firma verlässt, sodass man nachrücken könnte.

Es gibt zwar ein Weiterbildung-Budget für jeden, aber das gilt nur für außerhalb der Arbeitszeit, sodass man effektiv nur das Lernen kann, was direkt benötigt wird, nicht für später.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Nicht so richtig, auch wenn es an Details versucht wird (Mülltrennung, Glas- anstatt Plastikflaschen, usw.), gibt es keine Unternehmensweite Richtlinie die abteilungsübergreifend umgesetzt werden würde/könnte.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Erfahrung wird zumindest in den Teams deutlich geschätzt und bei einigen die schon länger dabei sind auch Team-übergreifend bis hin zum Management

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Hier offenbaren sich schon die ersten Schwächen, da viele in ihre Position gesetzt worden sind, ohne die notwendige Qualifikation zu haben. Auch wenn sich die meisten sicherlich die größte Mühe geben, bleiben Defizite nicht unerkannt.

Schwächelt an vielen Stellen, meist aber zwischen Team und Management

In meinem Team zumindest ziemlich gut, da spielt sich keiner auf.

Interessante Aufgaben

Könnte deutlich besser sein, auch da die wesentliche Richtung der Entwicklung geändert wurde und eingekaufte Skills nicht (mehr) benötigt werden. Sehr schade.

Such a well-considered and literally disruptive product. Working to define the new product category and differentiate from existing options is always exciting.

Wofür möchtest du deinen Arbeitgeber im Umgang mit der Corona-Situation loben?

I think the Corona situation was handled gracefully. I was advised to stay home some days before the quarantine and lockdown were officially announced, at the moment those who want continue working from home.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I feel I can learn a lot from senior team members, and they happily share knowledge.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Good onboarding with hands-on tasks almost from the first day, efficient communication. There are no artificial hierarchies in the team and no barriers between the team. Management works closely with everybody on the product.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Very good office: modern equipment of your preference (I got really great development setup), new building, air conditioning (which is not a default option here, especially in small companies), very central location.

Kommunikation

One of the best I have seen. You can always talk to the management and everybody's opinion is heard.

Interessante Aufgaben

The best and steepest learning curve I have ever had :) Also a lot of learning opportunities from the company - very useful to master the latest tech used in the team.

The job is demanding, but conditions are good and management is fair in expectations and evaluations. The company climate is very positive and everyone is passionate about contributing to the company success.

30 days of vacation per year. Never had any problems. The job is demanding, but also very interesting. I enjoy working here and do not feel the time passing.

Career opportunities have been clearly communicated. My job has pushed me in my personal knowledge and I feel I'm learning a lot every day.

Fair salary, payments always on time, nice bonuses: like yearly subway ticket and personal educational budget.

Everyone gets same treatment. Experienced colleagues are treated with due respect.

Management is fair. There is a good company culture. Expectations are communicated straight forward and criticism seams always appreciated.

Great office location on Alexanderplatz. Modern building, with very pleasant rooms with a a view! I was able to ask for the computer and equipment I wanted.

Communication is very good. Meetings are on a daily basis and generally kept short and productive.

It doesn't matter which gender or ethnicity everyone is treated the same.

Interessante Aufgaben

Very interesting tasks, learning a lot every day. Great for my personal development. Definitely one of the most interesting jobs I had up to date.

Working from home went very well.

Its challanging but constructive and people are very friendly.

It can get stressful sometimes. But we have 30 holidays per year and management makes sure, that if you had a stressful time, the next weeks wont get too crazy.
