Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Family oriented company. Very respectful management team and good communication among all colleagues. Despite of age in company everyone is really enjoying working there and towards the common company goals. All your ideas is taken into account and you have a freedom to suggest any improvements.
Home office available. Modern company which is still growing.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
So far I dont see anything bad. Maybe only salaries should improve and corporate benefits. No Christmas bonus or some additional benefits like typically in other big companies.

So far company is going forward. I think that we just need to improve a bit companies visibility and market presence. I am positive in which direction company is going.
