Atmosphere for work place is fine, maybe has lacked a bit due to less office presence (which might also have happened for other companies).

Usually good communication with regards to information exchange; different opinions are there and are also discussed, although I sometimes see that it's hard to find a consensus.
Company lead communication also is fine to get a good general picture on the company situation.

General experience is that the employer is family-friendly and also tries to find a solution to deal with special personal situations adequately.

In most cases, employees/team members are involved in decision making at least to contribute their opinion (of course, related to their area of expertise).

Tasks are challenging and a good occasion to learn, although not always the exciting ones.

Company lead is reporting on environmental goals, but a bit hard to get detail insight, since I am not involved in the detail process. From time to time, new regulations are introduced that are not a problem to follow.
