- Tell me about yourself and experience in UAS .
- Got experience with UAS and other field but dealing with first time german who came to UAS market.
- 1- Why did you waste time , personal data of candidates who are applying for the job?
- 2- If you dont want to select any then dont post the fake job. As you are startup and you need typically german if i understand it. This is biggest red flag. Mention it directly that job only EU or German citizen will be prefered.
- 3- After interview, whatever we discuss person has updated the job based on our discussiong this is call crime as interviewer doesnot know the level person was explaining latest regulations .
- 4- Never trust such person again in my life . No proper explanation what skill or requrirements are not fulfill just avoid for fake job post. Please provide proper evluations like Google or Microsoft what skill need to be imrpove. In our case, interviewer has to learn many things as candidates are knowing more than interviewer so nothing to say. We are foreigner so we cant say anything here.
