General working atmosphere is very good. You can easily go to other departments and ask for something. As in every company, sure there are some people that are hard to handle, but most of the people are very nice.

That differs from team to team. We have workshops at least once a month.

I would say above average in Berlin.

The team is amazing. People go often for beers after work.

Generally you feel that Campanda is taking care of it's employees. There were chaotic times in the past, but now everything seems to be better.

It sure could be improved, but it's fine.
