Like I've experienced in most companies I've worked for (especially fast-paced startups) there's always room for improvements to communication. The majority of colleagues understand the value of great communication and an open feedback culture, so there are always people trying to bridge the gaps, share knowledge and pushing for positive change - especially to bring different teams closer together and improve communication across departments.

Work-Life-Balance
For me, this depends on the person, your responsibilities, as well as how you prioritize your own time. Sometimes the demands of specific projects or busy periods mean that your workload increases and you have higher pressure to finish lots of things in a short period of time. However, in my experience, my direct boss helped control the workload and never expected me to work overtime or on weekends / evenings.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I've had two different direct managers in the time I've worked in Campanda and I've had a very positive, supportive and professional working relationship with both of them. In general the management team work really hard and long hours, and they care a lot about the success of the company and the team.
Interessante Aufgaben
I've had many interesting, exciting and diverse tasks over the time I've been in Campanda. I've never been bored and I have great opportunities to work on creative and fun projects, work with lots of different people across the company, as well as develop my own skills and learn new things.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
It's a startup :D so we attract typically younger people and most don't plan to stay in the same company forever. I've seen quite a few people being promoted to more senior roles so there are opportunities for career development if you want it.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is a nice space with air conditioning, we have all the equipment we need and the roof terrace is great, especially in the summer!

I don't think we have any particular company policies relating to this.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
There are lots of perks for employees including yoga lessons, German classes, hot and cold drinks, beer, fruit, yearly motorhome trip and a team lunch every month which was just introduced. Salaries (as far as I know) are fair and in line with the standards for similar companies in the same industry.

There were some changes in management last year so there was a period of uncertainty for all of us but in general I would say that we stuck together as a team.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are lots of opportunities to develop, improve skills and move forward with your career. I've had chance to develop and I've also seen others move up too.
