No working-life balance. Overtime is required quite often and the working time has no flexible. You will find HR check people’s arriving and leaving time everyday. Even 1min lagter or earlier will be challenged.

People shout a lot and the manner of some Dept heads are savage and rude.

A lot of long-term employees were terminated unreasonably.

Head of department is not so qualified…not mention to any supervisory.

Location is quite central and great. But office equipment is cheap and poor.

Salary of employee is below market price and no benefit for staff. While, the benefits of management is really good
