It seemed like a promising company with great potential but it sadly failed badly at recruiting so far. I know that there is a lot of work to do at this early stage company and it's not easy combining various roles, however, in order to attract great people Evmos should really invest in a skilled recruiting process .

Therefore:

- communicate clear, emphatic and appreciative with applicants before, during and after interviews
- only offer the position if you really think it's a fit
- value applicants time
- be prepared/organized at meetings
- answer mails during business hours and not in the evening. This way it looks liked doing over hours is absolutely normal with the company.
