Very superficial... operations is a better group than leadership/management. Too much cohesion is always sabotaged from above, for example by playing departments off against each other.

Major shortage over the last few years until now.
Hardly any experience or professional understanding. This lack of professional structure, among other things, makes it difficult and stressful for the departments, both economically and personally. Many fires are put out by operations.
Those who are literally not good at putting out fires are not recognized by management and are only a means to an end.
In the simplest and most common case, criticism and the corresponding solutions are ignored - muzzled.

No working standards, but lots of expensive bells and whistles. Hints are ignored.

When technical discussions take place in the respective specialist departments, many employees, including management, become disparagingly ignorant due to a lack of knowledge. For years now, meaningless speeches have been the order of the day.
