I had two very positive interviews with the HR department of Heartbeat Labs which was handling all recruitment for Fernarzt and got really excited for and engaged with the company and the role. I was given positive feedback at the end of the second interview but then never heard back from them. I even send two follow up emails but still no reply more than a month after the second interview.
Given that the Director of People was also very much aware of the importance of candidate experience I was quite suprised to be treated this way.
It certainly doesn't reflect well on Heartbeat Labs nor on Fernarzt. So I hope that the person who will ultimately get the job will make sure to improve the recruitment process.
