Great work atmosphere, because of being fully remote every one has full flexibility to choose their work timings and full autonomy in how to manage your tasks

Because of being fully remote the work life balance is extremely satisfactory. Everyone is free to choose their work time, whenever their is a need to collaborate a time is worked out based on everyone's preference.

In a remote environment it is difficult to generate team bonding. So we make sure that everyone has a weekly video chat with at least 1 person unrelated to work. This has enabled us to lear more and more about different cultures and lifestyles all over the globe
