The employer is very good at communicating the vision, mission and goals of each department to the employees. It makes work very easy and we all know what we are doing and what is the purpose of the company. They are very good at using OKRs. I can see that employees from different departments tent to help each other because of the shared goal. Additionally employer is very good at

Not giving more rewards to those employees who achieve great results. We have Oscars nominations where we vote for the best projects and group of people who worked on that project get rewarded but it doesn't happen that often and we are not getting rewards for smaller things that we do.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
We have coaching and mentoring and that's a great way to grow employees so I would suggest to keep the up and more intensive. Talking to other employees I understood that it would be great if they introduced more coaching than what we have now. Having agile coaching was very useful for us so I would say that we shouldn't stop there.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There is no air conditioner so during summer it get's very hot in the office. Thankfully they let us do home office as much as we want when it's hot in the office.
