I can 100% recommend the For Solutions as an employer
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The FS team is very familiar. When ever you see them, they will greet you with a hug and a warm way you are not expecting from the Management. They want the best for their employees, even if its not the best for the For Solutions--> which is very rare on the market!
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I know that the team is working very hard, but they have to change the Website. They are quite a Number in the Aerospace Industry, you can't see it from their Website. But as i know them, they are already on it
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Friendly, transparent, supportive
Work-Life-Balance
no over hours wanted by the For Solutions
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Big
Vorgesetztenverhalten
very flat hierachies.. always supports the development of the employees
Kommunikation
open and always wanted
Interessante Aufgaben
it can't always be interesting. But the projects they have are fun and they support you in rotating, so you can gain knowledge in different areas
