I was approached by this company for a position on LinkedIn, but unfortunately the process was very unprofessional And intransparent from the beginning. I did not receive feedback after the initial talk with HR and had to ask for feedback. Afterwards I was told the hiring manager would want to have a call, which was postponed one time. When the call finally was due the hiring manager was 10min late to the call. He was not prepared (he had no Info about me) and neither seemed focused not exited.
In the end he told me I would hear from he regarding the next steps but did not get any info. When I approached the HR manager for feedback, she just ignored me and I never heard back from the Company again.
It is a shame to have such unprofessional people in the HR department, so I would strongly recommend working on the interaction with candidates.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- would be great to have updates about new positions or some sort of talent pool option :) so that I know when to apply again and receive news
