The interview process needs serious improvement. The interviewer was rude, dismissive, and showed no respect for the candidate’s time or basic professional standards. There was no effort to explain the company or role, questions were unstructured and inappropriate for a first interview, and legitimate questions about the work environment and technology were shut down in a disrespectful manner. This behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and respect that urgently needs to be addressed.
