Arbeitsatmosphäre
I felt welcome and comfortable from day 1. The team really lives the start-up spirit which is present in both the modern offices and working spaces as well as in the social interaction with colleagues. The two CEOs actually do practice an open-door policy. Whether professional or personal issues the two of them were always approachable and there to help. In other companies I often felt like a number amongst many but here they really see the human being behind the work. Big shout-out!

Always clear, precise and friendly amongst colleagues and also from supervisors/CEOs.

Young, dynamic team and super funny, too. Never had any issues and met many interesting personalities, not to forget the many amazing team events!!

It could get busy before launches but it was always possible to leave earlier during less stressful times so it felt very flexible and natural to me.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Transparent, fair and perceptive. I loved how passionate they were about what they are doing and how professional they are, that really motivated me. Both CEOs have their individual strengths and seemed to complement each other very well, plus it felt like they both really care about their team(s).
Interessante Aufgaben
I was able to take a lot of responsibility from the beginning and thus had the impression to actually contribute to a higher strategy. I learned a lot, both from the one CEO who was also my teamleader and the range of tasks assigned to me.

As far as I can tell there were no differences made.

Same here. Although it doesn't really apply because everyone is still very young and if not in age than at least mentally.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very roomy offices overlooking the river close to the city center. I worked with video software i.a. and it ran smoothly and fast, mail and computer logins were ready when I arrived. Everything is very new and modern and there is always enough space if you need some privacy to concentrate.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I'd say everything complies with the standards. There is a kitchen with dishes and everything, not much paper waste etc.

I've been completely satisfied.

The company is present on all the relevant fairs and events and seems very well connected within the industry. I have heard nothing but positive anecdotes.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
This will probably get more apparent in the future but as far as I can tell my time here was very beneficial to my skills, job history and thus career.
