Arbeitsatmosphäre

Besides some organizational challenges and fluctuation, the working atmosphere inside my team and in the whole company is great. I enjoy working at gitti and like to go to the office to see my colleagues. You can communicate very openly. We have a good team spirit and regularly budget for team events.

Most of the people have a good image of the company and are also talking in a positive way. Sometimes people are complaining or questioning decisions that were made.

Work-Life-Balance

Working hours are flexible. Workload is high but not too demanding or very stressful. Of course there are weeks or days with more workload but you can balance it on others days, also in open exchange with your team lead.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

You get a clear definition of monthly goals and conduct frequent feedback talks to see how you can improve and reach the next level. So you definitely get an orientation but clear development plan could be even more helpful. Sometimes your professional growth is limited due to company structure or budget, which could be frustrating over a longer period.

Gehalt/Benefits

Payment could be better but is fair, esp. for a startup. gitti offers a lot of benefits like company pension plan, BVG ticket, support for mental health, online sport courses etc.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

gitti is representing the sustainable and social values not only on the outside. A lot of decisions were made where sustainability was priority. But of course there is always room for improvement when it comes to sustainability! gitti represents inclusivity and supports social projects/ needs.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I have the feeling we are all working for the same goal and we have a supportive atmosphere!

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

gitti is a young startup with mainly young employees but I am convinced that age is never a decisive point in the recruiting process. I assume mainly young people apply. gitti should work on having less fluctuation and value/support people stronger who have been there for longer time.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Open, honest and direct feedback culture in both directions. Your opinion values and I never have the feeling that I need to hide my perspective if it differentiates from my team lead or even the management. We always have discussions on eye level and I feel like they appreciating critical input. The only negative point is that there is sometimes a lot of back and forth from the management and that we need to stay super flexible or longterm/ overall strategie is missing.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Flexible working hours. Equipment is very good and technically up to date. Office situation was a bid tricky but also due to the covid situation.

Kommunikation

The communication inside my team is very good! We need to improve in communication between the departments but gitti is aware of that and working on it. Sometimes the management could be more transparent in communication.

Gleichberechtigung

gitti really cares that everyone is treated equally and that we work permanently on the culture to improve!

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Atmosphäre in der man gefordert, aber nicht unter Druck gesetzt wird.
Der Umgang miteinander ist respektvoll und vertrauensvoll. Man fühlt sich wohl und auch der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz.

gittis Werte werden nicht nur nach außen transportiert, sondern vom ganzen Unternehmen verinnerlicht. Man merkt wie wichtig es den Mitarbeitern ist wofür sie arbeiten und wofür gitti steht.

Work-Life-Balance

Es wird bei Werkstudenten sehr darauf geachtet, dass sie nicht mehr als die vereinbarten Stunden arbeiten. Außerdem können die Arbeitstage auch kurzfristig an private Termine angepasst werden. gitti ist sehr flexibel., was die Arbeitszeit und Urlaub betrifft.

sehr gut! gitti ist sehr familiär und alle haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander.
Trotz Homeoffice gibt es verschiedene Möglichkeiten (virtual coffee, check-ins usw.) um den Teamzusammenhalt und den Austausch zu stärken und zu unterstützen.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Generell offene Kommunikation, auch bei Problemen. Es wird das Gefühl vermittelt, dass die Vorgesetzten jederzeit ansprechbar sind, egal ob es um berufliches oder privates geht.
sehr flache Hierarchie

Arbeitsbedingungen

Geräte sind auf dem neusten Stand und das neue Büro ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wird schnell reagiert und die Ausstattung ausgetauscht sollte mal etwas kaputt sein oder man etwas zusätzlich benötigt. Obwohl es ein Großraumbüro ist, gibt es Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen, um ungestört Telefonate zu führen.

Kommunikation

Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams, sowie zwischen den Teams immer freundlich, sehr schnell und unkompliziert.
