At least on of the founders is very full of himself even though it might not appear like that on first sight. Rapid, uncoordinated decisions, outright disregard for employees, disinterest in anyones desires unless and rude behavior. Worst part is the outright lying to your face. Thinks one thing and tells you another. You will find the truth once its too late
