bad time management, not enough employees for this massive amount of work. the work balance is disastrous, vacations get cancelled last minute, friday night actives with friends must be rescheduled for assignments no one of the directors will check, because they leave the office on time. unfair behaviour, director is talking bad about other employers behind their back.

Clear hierarchies between management and the other employees. The lowest level = trainees and apprentice are not treated with respect. The other co-workers come into the enjoyment of somewhat better handling forms.
