Nice co-workers, lacking appreciation of employees, no benefits, lots of overtime hours
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
collegues, off-site, home office
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
communication and feedback culture
Arbeitsatmosphäre
alright, before starting to work you have to set up your desk, since there are no fixed spots, only for some teams
Work-Life-Balance
constant overhours due to not replacing collegues who are leaving the company
Karriere/Weiterbildung
no mentoring of stuff, no education opportuities
Kollegenzusammenhalt
co-workers are nice and motivated, collegues are supporting each other
Vorgesetztenverhalten
lacking feedback and coordination of the team, no appreciation of overhours shown
Arbeitsbedingungen
working tools are basic, you have to setup your laptop yourself
Kommunikation
communication and coordination is really bad, people do often not know responsibilties of their co-workers
Gehalt/Benefits
low salary and no benefits besides home office
Gleichberechtigung
feels like some collegues getting preferred over others
Interessante Aufgaben
lots of interesting tasks, but also quite repetitive and no chance to improve things since everything needs to be done really fast
