What I found challenging about the employer was the ongoing internal politics and informal gossip among some colleagues, which created a difficult work atmosphere. Over time, this negatively impacted team morale and contributed to employee turnover.

The working atmosphere could be strongly influenced by internal networks — having the right connections offered protection and opportunities, while lacking them could leave one exposed to unfavorable treatment (Personal observation)

While the team initially seemed cohesive, there were moments where individual colleagues were deliberately left out, which raised concerns about inclusiveness and team dynamics

While some of the more experienced colleagues were highly professional and a pleasure to work with, others created challenges that I had not encountered in any previous workplace.

Some managers were excellent — supportive, competent, and fair. Unfortunately, others displayed behavior that was quite the opposite

Clean and enough office supplies and drinks and coffee

There was a significant amount of behind-the-scenes gossip, which unfortunately was often tolerated or even implicitly accepted.
