We have more traveling workers then we do actual inhouse. We work with minimal resources so someone else gets a bonus.

This company was built from the ground up to try and help people within the community. It wasn't just for money. The business was maintained rather strictly becuase he cared about the impression from the public. Some people thought it too strict but wouldn't you be just as strict if someone was messing up your house and not cleaning up after themselves? Wouldn't you be just as upset if someone came in and just did what ever they wanted with no reguard to how it might look to other visitors? He has had people working for his company for 20-40 years (until the buy out). So what other employers can say that?

Listen not only to your customers complaints but your employees' also. Don't raise the price of food without raising the employess pay to be able to afford to eat there. When supplies are needed stop denying them just because you don't want to lose your yearly bonus.

My team mates are spectacular. They really care about their patients. The institution is not pat of this rating
